Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timber curtain wall projects, acting as a liaison between external architects, construction companies, and internal manufacturing teams. This role requires strong communication, organization, and project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in developing a repeatable manufacturing process for our timber curtain wall products, including cataloging components and standardizing designs for future use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate timber curtain wall projects from pre-fabrication coordination processes to manufacturing and installation.
• Utilize 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit) to develop and refine curtain wall designs.
• Create and maintain a catalog of parts and models to improve efficiency and consistency in manufacturing.
• Develop and implement standardized processes for timber curtain wall production.
• Ensure all projects meet engineering, design, and construction specifications, as well as company standards.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and proactively resolve any design or manufacturing issues.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Provide technical support and expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
• Project management experience, preferably in construction, facade systems, or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, designers, architects, and contractors.
• Experience in manufacturing process development and product cataloging is a plus.
• Knowledge of timber structures, facade systems, or curtain wall design is highly desirable.
• Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment.

· Measure, cut, and install window frames and moldings with precision.

· Perform detailed finishing work, including sanding, staining, and varnishing, to achieve a high-quality finish.

· Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand the specifications and requirements of each project.
